From December 16 to 18, a logistics specialist from Tosno LLC visited the manufacturing facilities of Lovol in Qingdao, Shandong Province.
During the visit, the specialist met with Lovol’s export, production, and logistics teams.
As part of the visit:

1. Negotiations were held regarding the planned procurement volumes of components for 2026;
2. Delivery timelines for components for new backhoe loader (FB) models with improved technical characteristics were discussed in detail;
3. The assembly line for FB878X/H backhoe loaders was visited;
4. The logistics and parts kitting area for backhoe loader assembly was inspected;
5. The first backhoe loader machine kits prepared for shipment to Tosno were examined;
6. A new container loading scheme for components was developed and approved in order to reduce transportation costs

From November 3 to 15, the technical team of Tosno LLC conducted its second working visit to the LOVOL manufacturing facilities in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. The purpose of the trip was to monitor compliance with the License Agreement, audit technical documentation, and assess production readiness for the supply of EPK machine kits.
During the visit, Tosno specialists:

• Reviewed the technical documentation prepared for transfer under the License Agreement. The team examined more than 2,000 documents, including drawings, specifications, technological processes, and quality control regulations.
• Studied the main stages of the EPK assembly process on the production line, paying special attention to key technological operations and potential risks.
• Assessed the testing and acceptance procedures for finished EPK units at a dedicated test line, where products undergo inspection before being sent to the warehouse.
• Inspected the first batches of EPK machine kits being prepared for shipment and discussed requirements for packaging, configuration, and logistics preparation.
• Agreed on a list and schedule of design and documentation improvements aimed at enhancing product quality and strengthening competitiveness in the Russian market.

The visit confirmed the strong partnership between Tosno LLC and LOVOL and marked an important step toward expanding future supplies and further developing production.

On October 16–17, TOSNO LLC opened its doors to visitors as part of the Union of Mechanical Engineers’ initiative “Week Without Turnstiles.”
The initiative is aimed at career guidance for school students and promoting professions in industrial manufacturing.
The company welcomed 8th–10th grade students from three schools in the Leningrad Region.
Representatives of the technology department, production department, internal logistics, and quality department demonstrated how specialists from different fields work together in order to launch new machines and equipment.

On October 15, TOSNO LLC held a general staff meeting.
Company management presented the results of the facility improvement program and awarded commendation certificates to the most distinguished employees.
A notable part of the event was the speech by Andrey Valeryevich Alexandrov, CEO of HORIZONT JSC, who thanked all employees for their hard work and highlighted the contribution each of them has made to the project of launching the production of LOVOL backhoe loaders.
